If you find an error, tell us at contact@5qhealth.ai; corrections are dated and noted, not silently overwritten.

5Q uses AI tools in research and drafting; all published work is verified and approved by Tabatha James. Sources, dates, and confidence ratings are shown so you can check the work yourself.
4. The free tools
The tools are provided free, as they are, for planning and education. They run in your browser and use only what you enter. Their outputs are illustrations and checklists, not predictions, determinations, or professional opinions. You are responsible for decisions you make using them. Community organizations may share Coverage Keeper with the people they serve; please do not alter it or present it as your own.
