The short version
- No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad networks. We checked every page for tag and analytics scripts before publishing this notice.
- The free tools run in your browser. Coverage Keeper, the 2029 Convergence Calculator, the Rural-AI Deployment Evaluator, and the other tools calculate on your device. What you tap or type is not sent to us or stored by us.
- We only receive what you choose to send. If you email us, or use a button that opens a pre-written email, we receive that email.
What the site does receive, and from whom
Web hosting
The site is static pages hosted by our web host (Porkbun) and built from a private code repository (GitHub). Like almost every web host, the host’s servers may record standard request logs — your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser type — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Those logs are handled under the host’s own policies. We do not use them to identify visitors or build profiles.
Web fonts
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s font servers, which receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request. We do not send Google any other information about you.
If you write to contact@5qhealth.ai, we receive your message and address and use them to reply and, if we work together, to keep business records. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Please don’t send health information, case files, or other sensitive details by regular email. For anything that needs a higher level of security or encryption — privileged, confidential, or protected health information — ask first and use 5qhealth@pm.me, a Proton Mail address. Proton stores messages with zero-access encryption and encrypts end to end between Proton users or through password-protected messages.
Search engines
We use search-engine webmaster tools (such as Google Search Console) to see aggregate search data about the site — for example, which search terms led to it. These tools do not place anything on this site or identify individual visitors to us.
Health information and HIPAA
This website is not designed to collect protected health information, and you should not enter it anywhere on this site. The tools do not transmit what you enter. When 5Q Health works with a healthcare organization on data that includes protected health information, that work is governed by a written agreement — including a business associate agreement where HIPAA requires one — not by this notice.
Children
This site is for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can use every page and tool on this site without giving us any information. If you have emailed us and want us to delete your correspondence (except where we must keep business records), or you have a privacy question, write to contact@5qhealth.ai with the subject “Privacy request.”
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the effective date at the top and keep the prior version on request. Material changes are noted in the site change log.
